As part of Healthy Lifestyles @ Your Library, sponsored by a Wal*Mart Community Grant, the Guttenberg Library will present "A Night of Pilates-Inspired Moves to Strengthen Your Core." This free session will be taught by fitness instructor Suzanne Reindl. Bring your own mat or towel to lie on. Teens and adults welcome.
