Instructor Nancy McClellan will teach participants the basic skills needed to operate a computer, including mouse skills and an introduction to the Internet.

The library will sponsor two performances of Puppet Theater in the park in the 500 S. River Park Drive block. The first performance begins at 10:30 AM. The second performance begins at 1:30 PM.

Gutenberg Bible Replica on Display Sep 26, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM Main library,
Visitors enjoy seeing the library's facsimile of the original Gutenberg Bible - a rare book. Stop in and view it and sign our guest register. We also have a "Mystery Bible" written in German on display.

A special display about the German brothers who wrote beloved fairy tales.

The library will show "The Button Industry of Guttenberg", a video created by Jenny Elsinger throughout the day as part of Guttenberg's German Fest activities. The event is free to the public.

Please have your reading log sheets turned in by 6:30 PM on August 12, 2015 in order to be eligible for the reading prizes. The Summer Reading Program and Reading Challenge have been sponsored by the Dollar General Literacy Foundation.
